The villa is situated in a peripheral area, within a zone divided into residential plots.

The project seeks an identity of its own through the construction of simple, mutually interconnected volumes. The contrast between the vast glazed surfaces, the dark ground floor slabs in lava stone, and the white walls of the first floor makes the construction appear suspended and light. The French windows giving access to the garden on the ground floor are counterposed by the cantilevered walls of the upper floor consisting of panels sliding within vertical aluminium profiles, which serve as sun shades and, at the same time, characterise the facade of the villa.

With it clean, contemporary design, the villa stands out among the surrounding constructions, generating an anomaly, a spatial short circuit.
