Inspired by traditional Japanese baths and the rituality of the tea ceremony, the Saltodacqua washbasin pays tribute to the slow and harmonious gestures of the culture of the Rising Sun. The flow of water recalls the natural continuity of a stream and the delicacy with which tea is poured into the cup during the ceremony: a fluid and controlled movement that transforms the everyday act of personal care into a moment of calm, balance, and well-being.
