SILVANA ANGELETTI – DANIELE RUZZA

They have been industrial designers since 1994, when Guzzini launched the Zazà coffee pot, which is still in the brand’s collection. Theirs is a work-life partnership. When they obtained their degrees in Industrial Design from the I.S.I.A. in Rome, they chose to live in Rieti, far away from the design capitals.

ANGELETTI RUZZA have collaborated with numerous Italian manufacturing companies: Alivar, Bottega Intreccio, Brilliant, DAA, Emu, Fiam, My Home Collection, Roche Bobois, Rubinacci, Poltrona Frau, Nemo, Oluce, Colombo Design, Faber, Hotpoint/Indesit Company, Irsap, Kalon, Tonelli, Azzurra Ceramica, Flaminia, F.lli Fantini, Gedy, Globo, Graff and Teuco.

From 2002 to 2006 they handled the art direction of GSI Ceramica, from 2007 to 2014 that of Azzurra, from 2015 to 2018 that of Brilliant and My Home Collection. Currently, they are engaged in similar activities on behalf of Bottega Intreccio, KALON and GLOBO.

They hold courses in Industrial Design at the University of Ascoli Piceno (from 2012 to 2014) and at the IED in Rome (from 2010 to 2018).

Some of their products are comprised in the permanent collection of the Chicago Athenaeum Museum, along with other tributes to their work.
