Leonardo Talarico is an italian designer and one of the leading figures redefining contemporary design.

His projects stem from a strongly identity-driven approach and develop through a process of subtraction, in which what remains becomes essence. He subtracts to reveal and give voice to emptiness, transforming the object into a pure and essential graphic sign.

His creations assert themselves without shouting, thanks to a narrative ability that translates concepts into sophisticated and timeless forms. He has designed for international brands such as Cappellini, Mdf italia, Living divani, Cc-tapis, Tod’s, Mercedes-benz, Trussardi casa, Antolini, Agusta westland and Henrytimi. His works have been exhibited in world-class cultural institutions, from the triennale di Milano to the Maxxi in Rome and the Saatchi gallery in London.

The u.s newspaper the Oregonian names him as the designer shaping the design of the future.

For Flaminia he designed the Compono System furniture collection together with Giulio Cappellini.
